Going further

Think of your AI workflow as a new employee.

An ICM folder works a lot like a new hire. How well it does depends on how you bring it on.

1

Onboard it

Give it what a new hire needs on day one: how your business runs and how you like the work done. The better the onboarding, the faster it adapts.

2

Train it on the job

Work alongside it, the way a new hire shadows someone. You learn how to work with it while it learns your work.

3

Let it deliver

A well-trained employee does great work, and so does well-trained AI. Rely on it like you would a good employee, and expect more to get done, with better data.

4

Stay the manager

You're always the owner and the manager. Even a star employee needs managing, and so does AI.
